Ceiling Sculpture @ Architect Office

The client wanted a ceiling sculpture but they did not want it to be a light. I wanted to do something that matched the natural colors of the wood and brick. I am always inspired by all of the parts at the auto wrecking yard, so I created this sculpture with auto glass. Some of the panels are sand blasted to create the white look. The others are tinted to give an interesting opalasent look. This works great for this space because the natural light coming in is reflected by the glass.
